At Culture Of Nations, we are committed to delivering timepieces that combine luxury design with honest pricing. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve established a fair and transparent return policy to support you.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received.

• A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) is required.

• Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

• Personal care products (e.g., hygiene items)

• Clearance or final sale items

⚠️ All returns must be shipped to our designated returns centre in China.

2. How to Return a Product

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Step 3: Ship Your Item
Use a trackable shipping service. Culture Of Nations is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or style?
You may request an exchange via email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Alternative Solutions

We understand that international returns may be costly. For eligible cases, we offer simplified solutions:

• 50% Refund without Return: Keep the item and receive a partial refund immediately.

• Full Store Credit: Receive a 100% store credit, no return required.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cultureofnations.com.
Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and outer packaging

We will promptly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Refund Timing

• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after return approval and inspection.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

7. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

• All returns must be sent to our China-based return centre.

• Use a trackable method to avoid disputes.
